Sleep and language memory

A steady sleep routine can help your brain keep what you study.

Learning does not stop when a study session ends. Sleep helps the brain keep many kinds of memory. A short review and normal sleep may help more than late study when you are tired.

Keep a regular sleep time when you can. Study hard items when your focus is good. Sleep cannot replace practice.

Finish due reviews, note hard words, and stop before your focus is gone. Check those words again the next day.
